Juan Gomez leads Izcalli Group with over a decade of experience in finance, investment, and economic development.

Juan Gomez, MBA is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over a decade of experience in economic development, venture capital, and public finance. Juan served as Fund Manager at Madison Development Corporation, leading the full lifecycle of credit requests, from origination and underwriting to portfolio management and investor reporting. His strategic insights and analytical acumen have been instrumental in expanding lending programs and identifying high-impact investment opportunities.

Previously, Juan also held key roles at the State of Wisconsin’s Department of Administration and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, where he managed venture debt programs, structured municipal bond transactions, and supported technology-based startups. His work has consistently bridged the public and private sectors, fostering innovation and economic growth across Wisconsin.

Juan holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and a BBA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. Juan also serves as Treasurer for Working Capital for Communities in Need (WCCN). Fluent in Spanish and Russian, Juan brings a global perspective and a collaborative spirit to every initiative he undertakes.
